Unsere Arbeit steht unter dem Motto 'Care wildly' und ein Tag bei uns sieht in etwa so aus:
Hol' dir erstmal eine Tasse Kaffee und dann legen wir los, mit einem sogenannten Kick-Off, in dem alles Wichtige für den Tag besprochen wird, wie die Aufgabenverteilung im Team etc. D Dann bist du auch bereits für unsere Kunden da - telefonisch und per E-Mail - und findest mit Freude individuelle Lösungen für die Anliegen unserer Kunden. Mini-Break - Zeit um ein wenig Luft zu schnappen und Sonne zu tanken und um sich die aktuellen Bouquets, die unser Büro jede Woche schmücken, anzusehen. Danach bist du weiterhin am Telefon für die Kunden da und beantwortest die Anfragen, die uns per E-Mail erreichen. Mittagspause - genieße die Mittagspause gemeinsam mit deinen Kolleg*innen bei einem Sandwich, einer Suppe oder einem Salat. Wieder gestärkt geht es zurück an die Arbeit, um unseren Kund*innen bestmöglich per Telefon oder E-Mail weiterzuhelfen. Auch über unsere Social Media Kanäle helfen wir den Kund*innen gerne weiter. Mini-Break - Coffee Time (oder auch gerne Tee) Eventuell steht auch noch ein Meeting an, mit deinem Team Lead oder deinem/deiner Manager*in (manchmal auch mit dem ganzen Team). Gemeinsam besprecht ihr wichtige Dinge, seht euch an, was gut gelaufen ist, was vielleicht schwieriger war und was man tun kann, um sich weiterzuentwickeln. Feierabend - Die Abend-Crew kommt, um dich abzulösen und sich um die sogenannte Delivery Night zu kümmern.Sonne, Wasser, Blumennahrung ... was du mitbringen solltest, um bei uns richtig aufzublühen:
Abitur oder einen anderen, gleichwertigen Schulabschluss Du bist bereit mindestens idealerweise 24 bis zu 40 Stunden die Woche zu arbeiten und bist Mittwochabends verfügbar Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Enthusiasmus und Motivation Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse (in Schrift und Sprache), sowie gutes, sicheres Englisch, da Englisch unsere Firmensprache ist Erfahrung im Kundenservicebereich ist ein Plus Pro-Aktiv & eine 'Can-Do' Mentalität Lösungsorientiert und freundlich Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, da du dich bei uns um beide Marken bloomon und Bloom&Wild kümmerst.Gut zu wissen:
Diese Rolle erfordert Flexibilität, da Arbeitszeiten variieren können Die Arbeitsstunden können unterschiedlich im Zeitraum von 09:00 - 22:30 Uhr anfallen (Montag - Sonntag, teilweise auch feiertags) Wir setzen es voraus, dass du regelmäßig Abendschicht übernimmst und 1-2 Wochenenden im Monat zur Verfügung stehst Wir verfolgen ein hybrides Arbeitskonzept. Daher kannst du von überall aus Europa für uns arbeiten. Büros haben wir in Amsterdam und London.
