Je werkt in een team onder de Customer Service Manager en je bent verantwoordelijk voor:
- Het opbouwen van relaties met klanten om de service te verbeteren;
- Het proactief opvolgen van de order-to-cash processen;
- Op een efficiënte manier reageren op eisen van klanten, zoals deadlines, tekorten, informatieverzoeken en geschillenbeslechting binnen een bepaald tijdsbestek;
- Het registreren, analyseren, opvolgen en oplossen van geschillen in een CRM-tool (klachten, inhoudingen, retouren);
- Vragen beantwoorden per e-mail en telefoon van alle klanten via verschillende platforms.

Waarover beschik je?
- Je beschikt minimaal over een mbo 4 werk- en denkniveau;
- Je hebt ervaring met klantenservice of in een klantgerichte functie. Bij voorkeur B2B;
- Je bent analytisch, klantgericht en communicatief vaardig;
- Je hebt ervaring in het werken met systemen zoals SAP en Excel;
- Je spreekt naast Nederlands ook Engels.
Wat bieden wij?
- Een salaris tussen € 2.500 en € 3.000 bruto per maand (afhankelijk van kennis en werkervaring);
- Een fulltime hybride functie voor 40 uur per week (twee dagen thuiswerken is mogelijk);
- Een functie voor 6 maanden;

- Een reiskostenvergoeding van €0,23 per kilometer of 100% vergoeding met ov;
