Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and prospects, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of issues.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Coordinate and execute shipment orders, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Prepare and submit written quotes to customers, providing detailed information on services and pricing.
- Provide customer-specific reporting, tracking and monitoring shipments, and communicating temperature results as required.
- Work with regulations (ADR/DGR/IATA) and local laws and guidelines, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Build and maintain relationships with other World Courier offices, clients, agents, airlines, handling agents, and suppliers.
- Strong customer service skills, with experience in a business-to-business industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- Ability to learn fast in new platforms or systems, with a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Native or fluent in English, with Dutch optional.
