Customer Service Agent
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Agent to join our team at Speedlink. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for managing logistical flows and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customers with accurate information regarding rates and services.
- Process bookings and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Handle administrative tasks related to shipments, including registration and follow-up.
- Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
- Identify sales opportunities and collaborate with the sales department to drive growth.
Requirements:
- Completed MBO education and availability to work 40 hours per week.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in logistics.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, with Spanish, German, and/or French being an asset.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Office 365.
