Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in The Netherlands. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and logistical coordination for complex, urgent, and potentially life-saving shipments.
Responsibilities- Communicate effectively with customers and prospects via phone, email, and internal IT systems.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Plan and execute shipment orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Prepare and submit written quotes to customers.
- Provide customer-specific reporting and tracking.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with regulations, laws, and guidelines related to logistics and pharmaceuticals.
- Build and maintain relationships with other World Courier offices, clients, agents, airlines, handling agents, and suppliers.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and self-motivation.
- Good decision-making skills and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and Dutch is preferred.
- Experience in logistics, customer service, or a related field is required.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and inventory management systems.
