The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and effective storage, distribution, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and effective storage, distribution, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to implement and maintain warehouse processes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:Warehouse Operations:
  • Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management and control.
  • Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization within the warehouse.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team to optimize transportation and delivery schedules.
Inventory Management:
  • Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure availability and minimize overstock or stockouts.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations.
  • Implement inventory control systems and procedures.
Administrative Tasks:
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports related to warehouse operations.
  • Manage warehouse documentation, including shipping and receiving records, inventory logs, and equipment maintenance logs.
  • Process and track purchase orders, invoices, and other administrative paperwork.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operational flow and communication.
Process Improvement:
  • Identify areas for improvement in warehouse operations and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse activities.
  • Utilize technology and software to streamline warehouse processes and enhance efficiency.
Customer Service:
  • Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment to meet customer expectations.
  • Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to shipments and deliveries.
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and inventory management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
