Job Description

As a UX Designer, you conceptualize, design, and deliver high-quality experiences for both our customers and employees across all digital touchpoints. Everything you do revolves around transforming the end-user experience to the next level; you speak, think, and dream in user flows, information architecture, and wireframes. You are highly creative in exploring many different approaches to solving end-users ' problems. You love understanding the broader context of a problem through various research methodologies but also enjoy diving into the nitty-gritty of the smallest use case.

As a UX Designer at Rituals for 32/40 hours per week; you:

  • Kickstart projects, gather requirements and collaborate with our cross-functional stakeholder.
  • Concept, and create wireframes, UX flows, customer journey maps, and low and high-fidelity prototypes.
  • Set-up, conduct and initiate research to balance the user needs, business requirements and innovation.
  • Closely collaborate with Developers, Product Owners, Business Analysts on the implementation of designs.
  • Are the driving force behind projects – ensuring we deliver a best-in-class digital experience for our customers.
  • Work alongside UI Designers, Art Directors, Service Designers and other senior creative roles to create well-rounded, coherent experiences.
  • Be an ambassador of User Experience within Rituals, continuously evolving the quality and aiming to raise the bar on every project.

As a UX-Designer, you work on different projects, research and design new flows and blueprints. You create something out of nothing.

In addition, you are as UX Designer – easy to work with and open to collaboration and self-motivating. And on top of that, you have:

  • You are used to work in Figma. This is a must and needs to be visible in your portfolio or CV.
  • You need at least 3 years of relevant experience as UX Designer. This is also a must.
  • Experience in creating strong rationales for design decisions that persuade peers and executives
  • Experience in applying various qualitative and quantitative research methods in your design process.
  • Experience in driving design processes through co-creation and workshop facilitation
  • A motivation letter to tell us 'why Rituals', and an excellent portfolio that supports your CV.
  • And of course, a love for our Rituals products.
