**Over jouw rol**:
Als Visual Designer vertaal je merkwaarden, creatieve concepten, UX-documentatie en gebruikersverhalen naar functionele en expressieve digitale ontwerpen. Met je uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatievaardigheden weet je klanten te overtuigen van jouw design keuzes.

Je werkt direct samen met klanten en interne teams om verder te gaan dan de oorspronkelijke briefing, en zo te streven naar de grenzen van wat mogelijk is op creatief en technisch gebied. Je speelt een cruciale rol in het presenteren en onderbouwen van je werk tijdens meetings, zowel op locatie als via video calls.

Je bent een expert in moderne ontwerp
- en prototyping tools zoals Figma, Sketch en Origami Studio. Je werkt georganiseerd en weet hoe je bestanden, lagen en mappen structureert. Je hebt oog voor tijd, budget en planning, en je bent flexibel en toegewijd om elk project tot een succes te maken.
- Jouw fantastische design skills worden weerspiegeld in je uitgebreide portfolio. Je bent bedreven in het creëren van moodboards, styleguides en UI-kits. Samen met een multidisciplinair team werk je aan de beste oplossingen en weet je de verwachtingen te overtreffen met je innovatieve ontwerpen. Daarnaast haal je inspiratie uit het leiden van creatieve sessies en workshops met klanten.**Als Visual Designer**:
- Maak je de vertaalslag van wireframes naar cutting edge designs.
- Heb je ervaring met design tools zoals Sketch, Figma, Origami Studio, InVision of Adobe XD.
- Denk en ontwerp je component-based.
- Zorg je ervoor dat jouw designs consistent zijn over meerdere schermen.
- Weet je hoogwaardige digitale stijlen neer te zetten, ook als er nog geen huisstijl is.
- Weet je exact hoe animaties kunnen bijdragen aan jouw designs.
- Werk je nauw samen met UX designers en frontend developers tot het juiste eindresultaat is bereikt.
- Ben je communicatief vaardig en kun je overtuigend je designs aan onze klanten presenteren.
- Ben je bekend met content creatie en weet je de uitstraling van ROX te vertalen naar advertenties.**We zijn specifiek op zoek naar iemand die over de volgende vaardigheden beschikt**:
- Minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring.
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden, waaronder het eenvoudig uitleggen van complexe materie.
- Ervaring met Agile/Scrum processen en bijbehorende technieken.
- Ervaring met project management en klantcontact.
- Een oplossingsgerichte werkhouding.
- Beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal uitstekend in woord en geschrift.
- Ervaring met gebruikersonderzoek (analytics, screen recording, user testing, heatmaps, etc.) is een pré.
- Front-end kennis is mooi meegenomen.**We bieden**:
