Your Role

The Director of Marketing & Communications willbe responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing andcommunication plans to enhance brand awareness, engage target audiences, andsupport business growth. As a key Leadership Team member, you will take thelead in developing the communications around our company strategy and thepositioning together with the Executive Committee and the Leadership Committee.Next to that you will be responsible for crisis management. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proventrack record in marketing, internal communications, branding, public relations,media relations, digital marketing communications, and crisis communications.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategiesthat align with company goals and objectives.

Develop and implement comprehensive (corporate) communication strategies that align with company goals and objectives. Support MarCom activities in the BUs by the corporate team on the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media. Support marketing and communication activities in the BUs on digital, social media, design. Manage public relations efforts to enhance the company's brand image and reputation. Lead the development of compelling content for marketing materials, website, social media, and other communication platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing & communication efforts. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing and communication strategies. Manage and mentor a team of marketing and communications professionals. Establish and maintain relationships with media outlets, industry partners, and stakeholders. Support MarComin the BU's by central resources in digital, social media, design etc.

Profile

Your Profile Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Economics or related field. Over 10 years of industry experience. Demonstrated leadership abilities, including experience in managing remote teams effective. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinker with a results-oriented mindset. Proven ability to develop and implement successful communication strategies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with marketing analytics & digital tools. Team player. Relevant professional experience in an international organization in Agfood. Preferably working from our Boxmeer office at least 3 days a week. About Us
