Position: Field Service Technician

We are on the lookout for a talented service technician to join our team and contribute to the growth and prosperity of our company.


Responsibilities:


The role of Field Service Technician entails delivering technical support and maintenance services to our clients and partners on-site. You will be tasked with handling equipment installation, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance for our range of EWP's and Material Handling products. This includes inspections, fault identification, repairs, replacements, as well as providing training and assistance to customers on equipment usage and upkeep.

Successful applicants for this role will possess the following qualifications:

  • Trade certified qualifications in either mechanical or electrical field
  • Hands-on experience in maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting construction or industrial machinery
  • Strong technical expertise in diagnosing and resolving electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic issues
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills for effective customer interaction
  • Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment
  • Valid driver's license and readiness to travel to customer locations

Requirements:

The perfect candidate for this position should meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum of 2 years of field service experience in the machinery or equipment sector
  • Good knowledge of EWP's or Material Handling equipment is advantageous
  • Customer-focused with an emphasis on delivering top-notch service
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and handle time efficiently
  • Familiarity with Dingli equipment is a bonus
  • Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams
  • Awareness of safety protocols and a dedication to maintaining high safety standards
