About the JobThe Field Service Technician role involves providing technical support and maintenance services to our customers and business partners in a field-based setting. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing on-site equipment installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance for our range of EWP's (Elevated Work Platforms) and Material Handling products. This includes conducting inspections, identifying faults, and carrying out necessary repairs or replacements. You will also be involved in providing training and support to customers on equipment operation and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities- Perform on-site equipment installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance for EWP's and Material Handling products
- Conduct inspections, identify faults, and carry out necessary repairs or replacements
- Provide training and support to customers on equipment operation and maintenance
- Work independently and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Travel to customer sites as required
- Minimum of 2 years of field service experience in the machinery or equipment industry
- Sound working knowledge of EWP's or Material Handling equipment is desirable
- Strong customer-oriented approach with a focus on delivering quality service
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- High-level technical knowledge of Dingli equipment is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams
- Familiarity with safety protocols and a commitment to adhering to strict safety standards
