**WAT JE GAAT DOEN**

Je speelt een ondersteunende rol in het proces waarbij wij zorgen dat we de juiste auto's op het juiste moment in Nederland krijgen, vanuit de productie in Duitsland. Denk hierbij aan het bestellen van de juiste auto, op het juiste moment, met de juiste specificaties. Je onderhoudt contact met de fabriek in München, om ook de voortgang in de gaten te houden. Daarnaast onderhoudt je contact met het dealernetwerk, je beantwoordt vragen en informeert het netwerk proactief. Je houdt levertijden in de gaten, bijvoorbeeld wanneer er een bijzondere lak wordt gevraagd. Je zult dagelijks werken in onze order
- en planningsystemen. Daarnaast zul je betrokken worden bij projecten, rondom bijvoorbeeld voorraadhoogtes, transport, lead times of 'spoedjes'.

Je taken bestaan onder andere uit:

- Ondersteuning bieden ten behoeve van optimale voorraad bestellingen.
- Ontwikkeling van Stock Templates ten behoeve van voorraad bestellingen.
- Voorbereiden van de Stock Advisory Circle (ons overleg om verbeteringen voor te stellen).
- Analyses uitvoeren, zoals voorraad, transport, levertijden en andere KPI's.
- Internationaal contact onderhouden rondom productie gerelateerde vraagstukken

Verder bied jij brede ondersteuning op de afdeling op het gebied van verkoop, planning en distributie.

**OVER JE COLLEGA'S**

De afdeling Sales Planning & Logistics heeft een centrale rol binnen de organisatie. De afdeling is verantwoordelijk voor een optimale verkoop
- en volume planning binnen de Nederlandse markt voor de producten van de merken van dit bedrijf. De afdeling zorgt voor optimale voorraden, productiecapaciteit, productie-vulgraad en een gestroomlijnd distributieproces. Hierdoor kan dit bedrijf haar strategische, financiële en volume doelstellingen realiseren.

**WAT JE MEEBRENGT**

Je kunt het verschil maken als je het volgende met je meebrengt:

- HBO+ denk
- werkniveau.
- Tenminste 2 jaar relevante werkervaring.
- Je bent proactief en initiatiefrijk.
- Tactisch en strategisch denkniveau.
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
- Affinitieit met de automotive industrie is een pré.
