Marketing/brand Manager

Je zal verantwoordelijk zijn voor het ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van strategieën om ons merk te versterken en onze marketinginspanningen te optimaliseren. Omdat wij een klein bedrijf zijn met veel ambitie om te groeien is het van belang dat je zowel op operationeel als strategisch niveau kan werken. Dit is een echte groeifunctie waarbij jij het startpunt bent van het opzetten van je eigen marketing-afdeling.
Wat ga je doen:
- Creeëren van marketing producte voor interne en externe stakeholders in afstemming met het Sales team;
- Genereren van creatieve ideeën om onze marktaanwezigheid en naamsbekendheid te vergroten;
- Uitvoeren van marktonderzoek om trends en concurrentieactiviteiten te identificeren voor het verbeteren van onze marketingsinitiatieven;
- Opzetten van processen en standardiseren van de marketing afdeling, waarbij jouw kennis en input van groot belang is;
- Het voortouw nemen bij de ontwikkeling en uitvoering van digitale marketingcampagnes;
- Samenwerken met het offshore team en externe leveranciers om marketingmaterialen te ontwikkelen;
- Evalueren van marketinginspanningen en rapporteren over de effectiviteit van campagnes.
**Wat breng je mee**:
- Bachelor
- of masterdiploma in marketing, communicatie of een gerelateerd vakgebied;
- Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol, bij voorkeur in de Tech-industrie;
- Uitstekende communicatie
- en presentatievaardigheden in zowel Nederlands en Engels;
- Bewezen ervaring in het ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van succesvolle marketingstrategieën (Pre is ervaring met marketing voor IT Services);
- Analytisch denkvermogen en het vermogen om gegevens te gebruiken om beslissingen te nemen;
- Creatieve instelling met het vermogen om out-of-the-box te denken.
