JOB TITLE: Trade Marketing Specialist

Our client is a leading FMCG company that offers exceptional opportunities for professional growth and advancement.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the M&S community and supporting functions to ensure alignment and support for multichannel trade programs
  • Evaluate program effectiveness, monitor results, and suggest necessary actions
  • Increase in-store retailer brand awareness through an omnichannel approach
  • Develop and execute strategic category management projects and provide ongoing guidance to the Trade department
  • Utilize advanced data-driven insights for program optimization and decision-making
  • Develop action plans based on retailer feedback and needs
  • Monitor and manage the trade marketing budget

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English and Dutch
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales/Trade Marketing within the consumer goods industry
  • Degree in commercial/trade marketing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with various stakeholders
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and pay attention to detail
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal abilities
  • Proactive mindset, excellent presentation skills, and strategic thinking
