Voor ons Trade Marketing team zijn wij op zoek naar een stagiair(e) voor een periode van minimaal 5 maanden vanaf februari 2024. Tijdens deze fulltime (40 uur p.w.) meewerkstage op ons hoofdkantoor te Amstelveen (en vanuit huis) ondersteun je de Trade Marketeer met het opstellen, opvolgen en rapporteren van Trade Marketing plannen voor verschillende merken en kanalen. Je zult zowel nauw samenwerken met de afdeling Category Management en het Marketing team.

De volgende werkzaamheden behoren onder andere tot jouw takenpakket:

  • Ondersteunen van de Trade Marketing Managers bij het uitvoeren van hun dagelijkse taken;
  • De Skins marketing kalender updaten met alle nieuwe lanceringen en geplande marketing activiteiten voor de merken;
  • Bijhouden van de 'weekly flash'; een wekelijkse update naar alle winkels over nieuwe lanceringen, VM plannen, store visits etc.;
  • Contact met de merken over VM updates als visuals, display updates etc.;
  • Het delen van exposure reports met de merken;
  • Assisteren bij persdagen of andere events.

    WAT WE VAN JOU VERWACHTEN
    Je volgt een HBO-opleiding in de richting marketing of communicatie en beschikt over een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift. Hierdoor weet je op een zakelijke manier te communiceren met onze leveranciers. Microsoft Office-programma's (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) zijn voor jou geen probleem, je werkt planmatig, bent punctueel en organisatorisch sterk. We zijn opzoek naar een stagiair(e) die weet van aanpakken, oplossings- en klantgericht denkt.
    Dankzij jouw flexibele houding ben je multi-inzetbaar. Verder heb je affiniteit met high-end cosmetica, wil je graag nieuwe dingen leren, ben je communicatief sterk en toon je initiatief
