De Documentatie Specialist is belast met het tijdig genereren en goedkeuren van alle essentiële documenten ter ondersteuning van het programmaschema.
Functieomschrijving
Als Documentatie Specialist omvat je rol een breed scala aan taken. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren en beheren van de goedkeuring van belangrijke project documenten. Daarnaast speel je een sleutelrol bij het ontwikkelen van een locatiesysteem om de voortgang van de documentatie nauwlettend te volgen. Het genereren van metrische rapporten behoort ook tot je primaire verantwoordelijkheden
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Coördineren en beheren van de goedkeuring van belangrijke project documenten;
- Ontwikkelen van een locatiesysteem voor het nauwkeurig volgen van de documentatie voortgang;
- Genereren van metrische rapporten.
Profiel
- Afgeronde MBO/HBO-opleiding of gelijkwaardige werkervaring in de laboratorium sector;
- Ervaring met administratieve werkzaamheden, bij voorkeur in een GMP-omgeving;
- Zelfstandig, kritisch en nauwkeurig kunnen werken;
- Flexibel, daadkrachtig, initiatiefrijk en een servicegerichte teamspeler;
- Uitstekende communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden.
