The SN R&I Strategic Portfolio and Governance team is an integral part of the Global SN R&I, whose mission is to inspire, design, and bring to life outstanding experiences and life-improving innovations by harnessing the unique SN expertise and shared R&I resources across SN Categories. Additionally, the SN R&I team focuses on generating value growth opportunities through 'fuel for growth' initiatives across SN categories.
Your role and main responsibilities include:
- Ensuring proper visibility of factory trial management throughout the year & forecasting.
- Keeping the Project Management team (IPRO), R&I, and Factory (Ops) leaders aligned on the latest budget status reflecting Trials Management decisions.
- Facilitating decision-making by the SN R&I Board, supported by the SNU Decision Board (GIM).
- Collaborating on entry window inputs to ensure trials are accurately reflected and prioritized.
- Developing budget allocation guidelines and ensuring global application and awareness.
- Serving as the gatekeeper on the budget impact of write-off costs and factory rework.
- Holding a university degree in Food Technology, Biotechnology, or Chemical Engineering.
- Possessing a master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., process, food, laboratory) and about 5 years of experience in R&I or Operations.
- Having expertise in portfolio management, the ability to establish cross-functional alignments, and strong Stakeholder management skills, along with effective networking and communication capabilities.
- Demonstrating change agility, business acumen, result orientation, and the capacity to work autonomously.
- Being a collaborative Team Player with a problem-solving mindset and critical thinking skills.
