What will you do?

Alibaba, the largest B2B trading platform globally, seeks a (junior) Sales Development Representative (SDR) for north-western European countries. Your core responsibility will be guiding European entrepreneurs towards success on the leading global trading platform for entrepreneurs. Your pivotal role involves various tasks, from creating compelling email campaigns and making engaging calls to utilizing LinkedIn for outreach and leveraging your network. Your goal is to schedule top-quality appointments to drive company growth. Working alongside the dynamic sales team, you will qualify leads effectively with enthusiasm and energy.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct acquisitions, (cold) calls, and emails, and organize lead generation
  • Arrange meetings, prepare workstations, take notes, and establish action plans
  • Explore digital innovations like AI and new software to enhance sales
  • Support founders during meetings, events, and business trips

What are we looking for?

  • Hold a university or applied science degree (HBO)
  • 0.5-2 years of B2B sales experience
  • Keen to learn, organized, and energetic
  • Interest in e-commerce and marketing
  • Entrepreneurial mindset for startup/scale-up environments
