What will you be doing?

Alibaba, the biggest B2B trading platform globally, is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the north-western European region. Your main task as a SDR will be to assist European entrepreneurs in succeeding on this vast trading platform. Your role is crucial in expanding our client base through various strategies like email campaigns, phone calls, LinkedIn outreach, and networking. You will work closely with our sales team to qualify leads effectively and approach them with enthusiasm. Your goal is to schedule high-quality appointments for the team to drive company growth.

Responsibilities

  • Acquisition, cold calling, mailing, and lead generation structuring
  • Scheduling meetings, preparing materials, taking notes, and setting action plans
  • Exploring digital innovations such as AI to enhance sales
  • Supporting founders during meetings, events, and business trips

What are we looking for?

  • University or applied science degree (HBO) holder
  • 0.5-2 years of B2B sales experience
  • Proactive, organized, and energetic individual
  • Interest in e-commerce and marketing
  • Entrepreneurial mindset suitable for a startup/scale-up environment
