Who are we looking for?
As the Product Marketing Lead at Sendcloud, you will be integral in driving our product's market success. Your expertise in product positioning, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration will be key in developing strategies that enhance our product's appeal to our B2B SaaS audience. Leading a team of talented marketers, you will focus on aligning product features with market needs, communicating product value to customers, and bolstering our market position.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Positioning and Messaging: Develop and refine product messaging that clearly differentiates our SaaS solutions in the market. Tailor messaging to meet the specific needs of different segments within our target audience. Market Intelligence: Perform thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer requirements. Utilize these insights to guide product development and positioning. Customer Engagement: Strategize and implement customer engagement plans across various stages of the product life cycle. Use customer feedback to refine product positioning and inform future enhancements. Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with product management, sales, and engineering teams to ensure cohesive product marketing strategies that align with broader business objectives. Support marketing initiatives that complement product development and improve user experience. Data-Driven Decision Making: Employ analytics and data insights to direct marketing strategies. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of product marketing efforts and make informed decisions. Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and nurture a team of product marketers. Promote an environment of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. Strategic Planning: Formulate a comprehensive product marketing strategy in line with the company's vision and market opportunities. Regularly review and adjust marketing strategies to meet business goals. Go-to-Market Strategy for New Products/Features: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and features. This includes defining target markets, coordinating launch activities, and ensuring a successful introduction of products/features to the market. Collaborate with product teams to create launch plans that effectively communicate the benefits of new offerings to customers and prospects.Our perfect match
At least 6 years of experience in product marketing of which at least 1/2 years in a leadership position, with a significant focus on B2B SaaS. Demonstrated expertise in market analysis, product positioning, and developing comprehensive marketing strategies. Strong leadership capabilities with experience in managing and cultivating high-performing teams. Exceptional analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems. A creative and innovative mindset, eager to drive product success in the marketplace. Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating a clear vision for product marketing. A collaborative team player, effective in working with cross-functional teams.You share our core values;
