For our client we are looking for a Key Account Manager (Operations Officer) Logistics based in Schiphol-Rijk.

Our client specialized in managing central and regional spare parts warehouses for Electronic Vehicle (EV) manufacturers and distribution of the parts to destinations in Europe and beyond.

Position Key Account Manager (Operations Officer)

Logistics (Full-time, On-site) Location:
Schiphol-Rijk


All applicants MUST have full legal authorization to work in the EU region independently and be fluent in both spoken and written English language.

The offer

Secure a direct contract with for 1 year (with a 1-month probation period), aiming for an indefinite contract thereafter.

Competitive salary range based on experience: max. € 3.000-€ 3.800 gross per month (40 hours/week).

Additional perks:

The client

As a specialized provider of global supply chain solutions, our client excels in managing central and regional spare parts warehouses for Electric Vehicle (EV) manufacturers.

Their expertise has enabled numerous Chinese OEMs to launch EVs across Europe, the Americas, Asia, and Australia.

Responsibilities:

monitor daily performance (KPI's)
monthly performance review with the client
Client service and relationship management
create SOP's (Standard Operation Procedures) with the client
find out new business opportunity with existing clients
billing and quotation

Profile:

more than 2 years working experience in logistics industry as a Customer Service Representative
familiar with automotive industry
familiar with import and export handling process or
familiar with warehouse handling process
good communication skill
stress resistant
team player
open minded and willing to learn
Speaks English (must) and Chinese (plus)
Willing to travel
