Organisatie

We ontwikkelen, produceren en verkopen een breed scala aan mechatronische onderdelen voor de Semicon-, LED- en auto-industrieën. Deze onderdelen worden gebruikt in een breed scala aan micro-elektronische toepassingen voor de automotive-, communicatie- en mobiele oplossingen, consumentenelektronica, industriële automatiseringstoepassingen, beveiligings- en controlesystemen. De Nederlandse fabriek kan een breed scala aan galvaniseer- en achtersteunende diensten leveren, evenals engineering support voor op maat gemaakte klant behoeften.

Functie

Als Onderhoudsmonteur zorg je ervoor dat machines, installaties en gebouwen goed blijven werken volgens de normen van het bedrijf. Je werkt samen met de Manager Technical Support en doet reparaties, inspecties en helpt bij het oplossen van problemen. Je houdt ook de werkplek netjes en helpt bij het verbeteren van de onderhoudsstandaarden. Je rapporteert direct aan de Manager Technical Support. Je taken zijn als volgt:

  • Zelfstandig uitvoeren van reparaties, onderhoudswerkzaamheden en het oplossen van storingen volgens planning en kwaliteitsstandaarden.
  • Onderhoud, reparatie, inspectie, verbetering en beheer van machines, machineonderdelen, gereedschappen en installaties.
  • Berekenen van benodigde uren, materialen en diensten, en bestellen van materialen, terwijl ook rapportage aan belanghebbenden plaatsvindt.
  • Voorbereiden van werkzaamheden door documentatie te verzamelen, en assisteren bij mechanische- en elektrische problemen voor procesoperators.
  • Bieden van technische ondersteuning voor gebouwenbeheer, machineombouw en proefproducties, en handhaven van netheid op de werkplek en afdeling.
  • Opstellen, bijwerken en registreren van onderhoudsvoorschriften, werkinstructies en uitgevoerde werkzaamheden in het onderhoudssysteem
Functie-eisen

Om succesvol te zijn in deze rol, is het belangrijk dat je beschikt over:

  • MBO werk- en denkniveau (bijvoorbeeld WTB/Mechatronica/Elektrotechniek).
  • Starters zijn welkom Bij voorkeur minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie binnen de procesindustrie, waarbij je je aanpassingsvermogen, analytisch vermogen en verantwoordelijkheid hebt laten zien.
  • Kennis van camera inspectiesystemen wordt gewaardeerd
  • Kennis van kunststof lassen (spiegellassen/heteluchtlassen) en TIG lassen.
  • Ervaring met verspanende bewerkingen toont je technische bekwaamheid en creativiteit.
  • Kennis van elektra en/of galvanotechniek en ervaring met onderhoudssystemen zijn essentieel voor deze rol, waarbij je kwaliteitsgerichtheid en samenwerking demonstreert.
  • Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, Duits is een pré.
