About this role:

  • Develop and optimize intelligent campaigns and personalized customer journeys to trigger customer purchase behavior and enhance customer lifetime value.
  • Optimize customer base segmentation to deliver the right message to the right consumer at the right time.
  • Analyze data to improve understanding of customers and provide insights for personalized experiences.
  • Create advanced segmentations using SQL to ensure targeted messaging.
  • Evaluate and optimize campaigns, measure performance, conduct A/B tests, and enhance communications across channels.
  • Be a CRM industry expert, promote best practices, and explore innovative opportunities.
  • Maintain a keen focus on customer needs.

A day in the life of:

Discover a customer retention issue in Germany, brainstorm solutions with the team, implement a plan, analyze results, and provide insights for long-term strategies.

Utilize content provided by the team, set up campaigns, analyze engagement data, and identify patterns to drive positive outcomes.

Stay engaged with the results and drive continuous improvement in customer journeys.

What will you ideally bring to the table?

  • Bachelor/masters degree in Business/Marketing or related field.
  • Strong stakeholder and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, segmentation, and A/B testing.
  • Experience in fast-paced data-driven environments.
  • Strong data skills, SQL proficiency, and familiarity with data integration concepts.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized with excellent communication skills.
  • Focus on operational excellence and process improvement.
  • Enjoy working in a diverse international environment.
  • Fluency in English and one of the specified languages.
  • 3+ years experience in similar digital roles.
