Wat ga je doen?
Je leidt het wetenschappelijke programma in Nederland met een focus op de 3 therapiegebieden stoma-, continentie- en darmzorg.
Juist deze 3 verschillende therapiegebieden maken deze rol interessant en tegelijkertijd uitdagend in het behouden van overzicht en prioriteitstelling. Je krijgt de kans om nieuwe terreinen te verkennen en te pionieren in een business unit die zich in de opstartfase bevindt en BeNeLux georiënteerd is.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opzetten en opvolgen van een publicatieplan en het ontwikkelen van een medisch wetenschappelijke klantstrategie in samenwerking met marketing, sales en market access.
Je bent een goede gesprekspartner en relatiebouwer met Key Opinion Leaders (KOL's) en zorgprofessionals en brengt de wetenschap binnen Coloplast en binnen stoma-, continentie- en darmzorg Nederland naar een hoger niveau. Je organiseert wetenschappelijke evenementen en projecten, stelt een engagement plan op en neemt het voortouw dit te leiden.
Jij bent het medische kenniscentrum binnen onze organisatie, waar collega's kunnen terugvallen op betrouwbare informatie. Ook op internationaal niveau deel je jouw expertise met collega's.
Je rapporteert in deze functie aan de Head of Medical Affairs BeNeLux.
Jouw profiel
- Je hebt een afgeronde WO Bachelor opleiding aangevuld met een master, bij voorkeur in (bio)medische wetenschappen, farmacie, of (humane) biologie;
- Je hebt 2-3 jaar werkervaring in een soortgelijke positie, ervaring in dezelfde industrie is een pré;
- Je hebt ervaring met het uitvoeren van klinisch (wetenschappelijk) onderzoek;
- Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels;
- Je voelt je thuis in een matrixorganisatie;
- Je hebt oog voor detail en weet wetenschappelijke teksten te vertalen voor diverse doeleinden en doelgroepen;
- Je hebt ervaring met het schrijven van of meewerken aan publicaties, organiseren van wetenschappelijke evenementen , adviesraden en neemt met vertrouwen het podium om discussies te leiden of presentaties te geven;
