Jouw rol als docent Engineering
Jij gaat aan de slag als docent Logistic Engineering en verzorgt uitdagend en vernieuwend onderwijs. Je hebt passie voor onderwijs dat inspireert en aansluit op individuele leerbehoeften. Bij de HZ draait de opleiding om zowel Nederlandstalig als Engelstalig programma, voltijd en deeltijd, met de mogelijkheid tot het behalen van een associate degree of een bachelor diploma. Het curriculum wordt voortdurend aangepast aan trends en ontwikkelingen in het vakgebied. Je maakt deel uit van het cluster Engineering, waar ook andere relevante opleidingen onder vallen.
We zijn op zoek naar een nieuwe collega die enthousiast wordt van de volgende taken:
- Coachen, begeleiden en beoordelen van studerenden;
- Verzorgen van onderwijs en instructies, bijvoorbeeld op het gebied van logistiek financieel management, verandermanagement, wharehousing, supply chain management;
- Begeleiden en organiseren van het leerproces van studerenden (voltijd en deeltijd);
- Actief bijdragen aan onderwijsontwikkeling.
Belangrijke eigenschappen die je moet bezitten:
- Relevante afgeronde bacheloropleiding;
- Recente werkervaring binnen het vakgebied;
- Vernieuwend en verbindend;
- Goede organisatorische en coördinerende vaardigheden;
- Interesse in pedagogiek, didactiek en begeleiding van studerenden.
