Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 6 CRM specialists to execute promotional planning
  • Collaborate with the CRM Tech team on tool migration and process alignment
  • Establish operational processes for team efficiency
  • Forecast quarterly performance and monitor ongoing results
  • Define channel and customer KPIs for reporting
  • Grow and nurture the mailable base for channel and customer growth
