In het historisch centrum van Delft staat een hotel te wachten op jouw expertise en enthousiasme. In deze meewerkende functie is geen dag hetzelfde en geef je leiding aan een team van 15 medewerkers. Met jouw ervaring op gebied van FO en F&B zie jij waar verbetering mogelijk is en til je de operatie naar een hoger niveau. Je rapporteert aan de Operations Manager en bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse operationele zaken in het hotel.

In deze rol ben je de rechterhand van de Operations Manager van een hotel in hartje Delft en ben je onder andere verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het (meewerkend) aansturen de F&B en FO afdelingen;
  • Je bent aanspreekpunt voor gasten en collega's;
  • Het opzetten van projecten op gebied van bijvoorbeeld upselling en interne trainingen;
  • Zorgdragen voor (naleving van) SOP's;
  • Het optimaliseren van omzet en operatie.
RequirementsFunctiecriteria - Operations Supervisor (FO/F&B)

Voor deze rol is ervaring op gebied van zowel FO als F&B ideaal, maar zoek ik vooral iemand die enthousiast is en stevig in de schoenen staat. Verder voldoe je aan de volgende voorwaarden:

  • Je hebt een MBO/HBO Hotelschool of vergelijkbare opleiding afgerond;
  • Enkele jaren leidinggevende ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol;
  • Je bent besluitvaardig, creatief en hebt oog voor detail;
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels, maar meer talen is nog beter
SalarisDe aanbieding - Operations Supervisor (FO/F&B)

Voor de positie van Operations Supervisor wordt een salaris geboden van ongeveer €2800,- bruto per maand. Dit is afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring. Het hotel biedt veel vrijheid, uitdaging en ontwikkelmogelijkheden en daarnaast geniet je uiteraard van mooie secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden waarover ik je graag meer vertel in een persoonlijk gesprek.

Binnen vier werkdagen laten wij je weten of je in aanmerking komt voor de positie. We plannen een kennismakingsgesprek in, digitaal of live. In dit gesprek informeren we jou zo volledig mogelijk over de vacature, het bedrijf en het vervolg van de procedure. In overleg met jou introduceren we je bij onze opdrachtgever om je vervolgens te blijven begeleiden in het sollicitatieproces.
