Amrâth Hotels is a group of 13 Dutch hotels in the 3, 4, and 5-star range. The hotels vary in concept, size, and location. Thanks to the flat organization structure, Amrâth Hotels is a flexible and dynamic organization.

We are currently seeking a Human Resource Manager.

As the Human Resource Manager at Amrâth Hotels, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring the HR policy within our organization. You play a critical role in promoting a positive work environment and supporting our employees in reaching their full potential. As part of the Operational Support Team, you will be the internal HR specialist of the group and a point of contact for the entire organization, reporting to the management.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Developing and implementing strategic HR policies aligned with the company's goals.
  • Advising and supporting management and employees on HR matters.
  • Maintaining and continuously improving recruitment and selection policies within the organization.
  • Developing and conducting training and development programs.
  • Coordinating performance evaluations and talent management programs.
  • Ensuring the correct application of labor laws and internal HR guidelines.
  • Supporting in the drafting and management of employment conditions and personnel regulations.
  • Contributing to the cultivation of a positive and inclusive company culture.
