Amrâth Hôtels is een hotelgroep met 13 Nederlandse hotels in verschillende categorieën. De diversiteit in concepten, grootte en locaties maakt Amrâth Hôtels een flexibele en levendige organisatie.

Op dit moment zoeken we een Human Resource Manager om ons team te versterken.

Als Human Resource Manager bij Amrâth Hôtels krijg je de kans om het HR-beleid te ontwikkelen en te implementeren. Hierdoor draag je bij aan een positieve werkomgeving waar medewerkers hun volledige potentieel kunnen benutten. Je bent de interne HR-specialist binnen het Operationele Support Team en fungeert als vraagbaak voor de gehele organisatie.

  • Belangrijke verantwoordelijkheden:
  • Ontwikkelen en implementeren van strategisch HR-beleid dat aansluit bij bedrijfsdoelen
  • Adviseren en ondersteunen van management en medewerkers op HR-gebied
  • Optimaliseren van werving- & selectiebeleid
  • Uitvoeren van training- en ontwikkelingsprogramma's
  • Coördineren van prestatiebeoordelingen en talentmanagement
  • Zorgen voor naleving van arbeidswetgeving en interne HR-richtlijnen
  • Ondersteunen bij opstellen en beheren van arbeidsvoorwaarden
  • Bijdragen aan een positieve bedrijfscultuur

Gewenst profiel:

  • HBO/WO diploma in Human Resource Management of vergelijkbaar
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in HR, bij voorkeur in de hotel- of hospitality-branche
  • Diepgaande kennis van arbeidsrecht en HR-praktijken
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Proactief en oplossingsgericht
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken en prioriteiten stellen
  • Uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels
