Salaris tussen € / € 2.840
-Vrije tijd: 25 vakantiedagen + extra vrije dagen tussen kerst en oud & nieuw (bedrijfssluiting). Mocht dit niet voldoende zijn kan je extra vakantiedagen bijkopen;

MBO+/ HBO werk
- en denkniveau;
0-3 jaar relevante werkervaring, bij voorkeur met affiniteit richting supply chain;
Je bent leergierig en ambitieus;
Je bent 28/40 uur per week beschikbaar;
Je bent communicatief sterk, denkt in oplossingen en bent klantgericht;
Je sluit aan bij onze kernwaarden;
Je bent een harde werker, werkt nauwkeurig en kan goed werken in teamverband;
Je spreekt Nederlands en Engels, pre wanneer je ook over de Duitse taal beschikt.
- Meer over de functie:

Als Supply Chain Support bij AVZ in Best bezit jij over goede communicatieve vaardigheden. Je spreekt gemakkelijk met zowel interne collega's als met klanten en (internationale) leveranciers. Je snapt het commerciële spel en speelt hierop in.

Als Supply Chain Support heb je een divers takenpakket. Je bent onderdeel van een Category Team (3 pers) en gezamenlijk ben je verantwoordelijk voor een bepaald inkoopgedeelte van AVZ. Zo sta je veel in contact met (internationale) leveranciers, verkoop, inkoop en logistiek. Je doet er alles aan dat de inkoop
- en uitbestedingsorders op tijd geleverd worden en administratief juist verwerkt worden in het ERP systeem. Je laat de leveranciers niet zomaar de kaas van je brood eten bij afwijkingen. Tijdens jouw werkzaamheden denk je ook na over de huidige processen die slimmer en beter ingericht kunnen worden.

Hoe ziet een dag eruit:

- Dag-start met het team om de taken, issues en doelen te bespreken.
- Nabellen van te laat geleverde inkooporders door (internationale) leveranciers. Tevens opvoeden leveranciers hun leverbetrouwbaarheid te verhogen en dit ook monitoren.
- Vragen vanuit de verkoop en supply chain team omtrent status inkooporders onderzoeken en verwerken.
- Met collega's van het supply chain team de voorraden analyseren en beheren.
- Controleren en administratief verwerken van orderbevestigingen en reclameerlijsten.
- Verbeteracties bedenken, uitwerken en implementeren met je collega's.
