  • Je signaleert issues, kan vooruit denken en je bent niet bang om hulp te vragen waar nodig
  • je hebt ruime administratieve werkervaring (ervaring in supply chain is een grote pré)
  • je hebt uitstekende kennis van microsoft office: powerpoint, excel, sharepoint (SAP is een pré, maar niet vereist)
  • je hebt een uitstekende beheersing (schriftelijk en mondeling) van zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse taal
wat ga je doen

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het begeleiden en faciliteren van aanvragen voor nieuwe supply chain flows binnen Philips Medical wereldwijd. Je zorgt ervoor dat nieuwe supply chain inrichtingen volgens de Philips processen worden ingericht en volledig compliant zijn aan alle ( lokale) wetgeving.
Jouw taken in deze functie als administratief medewerker supply chain control

  • Het verwerken van nieuwe aanvragen voor goederenstromen in de supply chain, het analyseren van zowel de volledigheid als de nauwkeurigheid ervan en het opvragen van ontbrekende informatie
  • Het beheren van de goedkeuringen van de aanvragen
  • Het proactief opvragen van ontbrekende informatie bij relevante stakeholders
  • Communiceren met stakeholders omtrent dit proces
  • Administratieve wijzigingen bijwerken in het IT-systeem (PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint).
