You lead supply chain operations for the Magnetic Resonance business.

You drive improvements, planning processes and strategic initiatives.

Your role:

Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to optimize the supply chain processes, improve operational efficiency, and drive cost savings Lead the planning and execution of supply chain improvement projects, including identifying opportunities, defining objectives, and developing action plans Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain strategies with business objectives and ensure seamless execution of initiatives Conduct thorough analysis of supply chain processes, performance metrics, and industry trends to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable recommendations Design and implement robust planning processes for demand forecasting, inventory management, procurement, and logistics to ensure alignment with business needs and customer requirements Drive the development and implementation of supply chain strategies to mitigate risks, enhance resilience, and improve responsiveness to market changes and disruptions Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track supply chain performance and monitor progress towards strategic objectives Lead the development and implementation of supply chain technology solutions and tools to enhance visibility, efficiency, and collaboration across the supply chain network Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the supply chain team, encouraging the adoption of best practices, knowledge sharing, and professional development Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and internal partners, to drive collaboration and achieve shared goals

You're the right fit if:

10 years in various functions of the Supply Chain including but not limited to operations, program and change management in a global company and geographically diverse Proven experience in supply chain management, with a focus on process improvement, planning processes, and strategic initiatives A proven track record of successfully leading and driving supply chain transformation initiatives within complex organizations, that enabled business growth and improved customer experience Knowledge of Advanced Planning Systems and other supply chain management software systems and tools (e.g., ERP, WMS, TMS) Expertise in change management and a demonstrated ability to lead and influence organizational change Able to handle problems or conflicts with others openly and directly Committed and willing to take risks, make decisions, and escalate when needed to achieve desired business outcomes Strong analytical skills to assess, frame and drive data-driven decisions Effective to lead and coach organization to create models to analyze "what-if" scenarios for proactive planning purposes Deep experience in leading cross-functional teams to achieve results by identifying and aligning to shared goals, priorities, and commitments
