Become a part of our team

In this role, you will primarily collaborate with your Dutch and Serbian colleague in material planning. Yes, Serbian, as we also have a production site in Serbia. Together, you will foster a pleasant working atmosphere where you can enjoy your tasks. Additionally, you will work closely with buyers, inventory managers, various suppliers, and departments such as logistics, goods reception, production, and order entry. Having a single point of contact is also beneficial; for you, that will be Siebe, the material planning coordinator.

Make the most of your day

Each day brings new opportunities. This mantra sets the tone for your day as a Supply Chain Coordinator. After catching up with your colleagues over coffee and starting your computer, you will check whether all orders scheduled for delivery the previous day have arrived. If you notice a missing delivery, you will promptly contact the supplier to resolve the issue. Next, you will review and process outstanding order confirmations—a meticulous task that you handle with ease. Before you know it, it’s lunchtime, the perfect moment to take a refreshing walk with your colleagues. After a good stroll, you will visit the production area to catch up with the team leaders, as that’s where everything happens. The rest of your afternoon will be spent preparing and dispatching daily orders. You will also generate inventory reports from each production department. In case of significant discrepancies in stock levels, you will collaborate with the team leader of that department to identify potential improvements. You will be responsible for your own suppliers and will work diligently to ensure everything runs smoothly.

We would like you to possess the following qualifications:

  • A completed vocational or higher education in administration, purchasing, or logistics, preferably with a NEVI MIL certification.
  • Some demonstrable relevant work experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
