Implement an advanced planning system to drive excellence and to shape the future of planning. Manage transformative change of our planning processes and systems.
Your role:
- Drive the evolution of our digital planning capabilities to achieve excellence in serving our customers and enabling business success for complex, long lead-time, make-to-order value chains including installations.
- Lead and program manage the successful delivery of projects within scope, time, and budget, ensure alignment of project goals with strategy and objectives, and drive continuous improvement in project management practices and methodologies.
- Ensure the program is set up for success, including scope management, requirements, schedule, dependency management, budget, quality, resources, and manage risks. Develop detailed project plans, define project scope, and manage all phases of the project lifecycle. Monitor and manage program progress through implementation aof actionable leading and lagging KPIs with a focus on business impact.
- Deploy and enforce project governance frameworks to ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices. Develop impactful presentations for different stakeholder groups, including but not limited to senior stakeholders for the Executive and Operational Steering Committee.
- Ensure Planning Transformation goals, objectives, roadmaps, and expected outcomes are clearly defined and aligned with all relevant business, region and ISC stakeholders, including but not limited to senior leadership. Establish strong partnership with the respective partners from IT and digital teams.
- Engage with key stakeholders to ensure project alignment and address any issues or changes promptly. Build strong partnerships with program stakeholders across all layers (both internal and external) and leverage them to achieve organizational goals.
You're the right fit if:
- You have at least 8 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, or equivalent in complex, long lead-time, make-to-order value chains, including installations.
- You have a proven track record with at least 5 years in program management and transformation leadership, particularly related to designing and implementing sustainable transformation projects, leveraging digitization and automation.
- You have excellent experience in managing difficult stakeholders across different domains incl. senior leadership, and the ability to present ideas to leaders and teams clearly and concisely, creating compelling narratives and impactful presentations.
- Excellent understanding of and hands-on experience with advanced planning digital systems.
- You have strong experience in coordinating multiple related projects across domains to achieve strategic objectives, overseeing interdependencies and aligning them with organizational goals.
- You have sound knowledge of financial principles, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and cost management.
- Strong analytical skills to drive data-driven decisions and develop strategies. You excel in problem-solving, being able to create a clear problem statement and analyze complex issues in a structured way. Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint).
- You've got a Master's degree in Supply Chain or another relevant field.
