Ons hotel beschikt over een bekroonde rooftop bar & terras, pop-up restaurant Eastwood Beer & Grill, een Lobby Bar inclusief onze eigen in-house bibliotheek, onze eigen LOT61 Store, Amsterdams meest uitgebreide ontbijtbuffet, vijftien veelzijdige vergaderzalen en 557 gastenkamers.

Opwindend nieuws Ons hotel bevindt zich midden in een uitgebreide renovatie, inclusief de rebranding en herpositionering van alle Food & Beverage-ruimtes in 2024. LuminAir, onze Rooftop Bar, heeft al een indrukwekkende rebranding ondergaan en is in juni 2023 heropend. Houd ons in de gaten voor verdere verbeteringen, inclusief de herinrichting van onze kamerinventaris, als onderdeel van dit omvangrijke project

Wie zoeken we / Wat ga je doen?

Sluit je aan bij ons fantastische team als onze nieuwe (Demi) Chef de Partie Pastry. Dit is een fantastische kans voor iemand die een integrale rol wil spelen in het werken in een onlangs gerebrand hotel, en die wil helpen om dit hotel om te vormen tot een favoriete bestemming voor zowel zakenreizigers als vakantiegangers.

Deze functie omvat de volgende hoofdtaken:

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het bereiden en presenteren van gerechten van hoge kwaliteit om een uitstekende Guest en Member ervaring te leveren.
  • Je moet helpen bij de controle van de voedselkosten.
  • Je bereidt en presenteert gerechten van hoge kwaliteit binnen de richtlijnen van het bedrijf.
  • Houd alle werkgebieden schoon en netjes en zorg ervoor dat er geen kruisbesmetting plaatsvindt
  • Bereidt alle mis-en-place voor alle relevante menu's
  • Assisteren bij het tijdig en efficiënt oplossen van vragen van gasten
  • Assisteert andere afdelingen waar nodig en onderhoudt goede werkrelaties
  • Voldoen aan hotelbeveiliging, brandvoorschriften en alle wetgeving op het gebied van gezondheid, veiligheid en voedselveiligheid

Om deze functie succesvol te vervullen zijn we op zoek naar een georganiseerde, proactieve en betrokken culinaire enthousiasteling die onze gasten kan verblijden met zijn culinaire vaardigheden Daarom zijn we op zoek naar de volgende houding en vaardigheden:

  • Milieubewust zijn
  • Een positieve, proactieve houding.
  • Je hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Andere talen zouden een voordeel zijn.
