Embark on a delectable journey as we seek a talented Pastry Chef de Partie to elevate our culinary excellence in the heart of Amsterdam's prestigious five-star haven.
To qualify for this position, we ask the following:
You have a minimum of MBO Level 3 Degree You have experience in a similar position within pastry You are familiar with the Luxury Fine Dining Branch You speak fluent English, any other language is a plus
What are you going to do in this position?
As a Pastry Chef de Partie at Sofitel Legend The Grand Amsterdam, your day will be filled with creating delicious pastries and desserts for our following Food & Beverage outlets;
Fine dining restaurant Bridges Mediterranean Garden Bistro Oriole Afternoon Tea and Le Goûter in our Library d'Or Room Service Banqueting events
Your job is to make sure every treat we serve is top-notch and leaves our guests wanting more. It is important that you have a creative approach and that you are constantly looking for improvement in de products and the design of new creations.
