Digital Workplace Intern for Change

The Digital Workplace aims to engage and empower every TomTom'er by providing a delightful, tailored, seamless & secure Digital Workplace experience.

Irrespective of their work location we want to enable employees to connect, collaborate and contribute so they can achieve more.


You're responsible for executing comms and change management activities when implementing new or improved solutions, maintaining various communication channels and support identifying and understanding customer needs related to the Digital Workplace Experience.


What you'll do:

  • You'll work with product managers in the team on feature releases, product launches, projects and change requests. This ranges from developing learning materials, provide trainings, producing communication materials and keep coherence in delivering a consistent message and experience as well as adhere to the Digital Workplace vision and strategy.
  • Close collaboration with Digital Workplace teams and other relevant teams will be required.
  • You can understand survey data about usage, reviews and evaluation to recognize trends and patterns.
  • You have a connection to the Internal Comms team and work closely together with them to align on our comms activities.

What you'll need:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Proven experience in communicating ideas, changes or values within a project resulting in a satisfactory outcome
  • Analytical skills

  • IT savvy and problemsolving mentality
  • Employee centric and forward thinking
  • Affinity with change management, user adoption and design thinking
