We are seeking a Customer Adoption Expert to join our Customer success adoption and migration team at Swift. You will play a key role in enabling the mass adoption of Swift solutions by crafting and implementing effective onboarding approaches.

Responsibilities:

Analyze customer journeys, feedback, and data to identify obstacles to adoption and usage. Collaborate with diverse product teams, BD teams and other CX groups to recommend improvements and scalability solutions. Craft and formalize customer onboarding processes, roles, and responsibilities. Develop playbooks and training materials for successful onboarding. Support Customer Success Managers in engagement activities. Act as a single point of contact for product adoption and usage matters.

Qualifications & Skills:

Must have:

Deep business and technical knowledge of Swift products with shown work experience supporting customers throughout their adoption journey. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent process management and optimization abilities. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, facilitate discussions, and influence others. Strong social skills and ability to balance multiple priorities. Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills. A willingness to challenge the status quo and prioritize customer experience.

Nice plus:

Familiarity with Swift gpi, Universal confirmation, Case management solutions and onboarding processes. Multi-lingual
