Als Health & Safety Specialist bij C&A Nederland ben je verantwoordelijk voor het adviseren, opstellen, coördineren en bewaken van het arbeidsomstandighedenbeleid. Je zorgt voor een veilige en gezonde werkomgeving voor alle medewerkers en vertaalt ontwikkelingen in wet- en regelgeving naar toepasbaar beleid en instrumenten. Daarnaast bewaak je de duurzame inzetbaarheid van medewerkers en voer je wettelijke taken van de preventiemedewerker uit.
Jouw verantwoordelijkhedenAls Health & Safety Specialist bij C&A Nederland waarborg je een veilige en gezonde werkomgeving. Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor interne en externe partijen op het gebied van veilig en gezond werken en adviseert het Benelux Leadership Team en leidinggevenden over Arbobeleid en duurzame inzetbaarheid.
Je initieert en implementeert Health & Safety projecten in samenwerking met People & Culture collega's en andere stakeholders. Het actueel houden van de Risico Inventarisatie en Evaluatie (RI&E) en het bewaken van de actieplannen zijn ook belangrijke onderdelen van je rol.
Daarnaast speel je een cruciale rol in het bevorderen van vitaliteit en duurzame inzetbaarheid door H&S problemen te signaleren en praktische oplossingen te bieden. Je stimuleert best practices en zorgt voor een consistente uitvoering en verbetering van de H&S processen.
Tot slot verzorg je schriftelijke communicatie over diverse H&S onderwerpen, zodat alle medewerkers goed geïnformeerd zijn over de belangrijkste aspecten van veilig en gezond werken
Wat neem je meeVoor de functie van Health & Safety Specialist bij C&A Nederland zoeken we iemand met de volgende kwalificaties en vaardigheden:
Kennis en ervaring:
• Minimaal HBO werk- en denkniveau
• Ervaring met schrijven van voorlichtingsteksten
• Minimaal vijf jaar relevante werkervaring, eventueel aangevuld met opleiding met specifieke expertise (bijvoorbeeld Preventiemedewerker, werkplekonderzoek, ergocoach)
• Ervaring in beleidsadvisering en projectcoördinatie
• Ervaring met het uitvoeren van de RI&E
Vaardigheden:
• Kennis van wet- en regelgeving en actuele ontwikkelingen op het gebied van Arbo, Veiligheid en Milieu
• Uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke vaardigheid in het Nederlands en Engels
- Een inhoudelijk uitdagende baan in een enthousiast team
