**Head of Support**:
We zijn op zoek naar een Head of Support om leiding te geven aan ons groeiende Support-team. Deze rol plaatst je in het hart van onze operatie, waar onboarding, support en customer success samenkomen, en we klanten blij maken met onze persoonlijke en betrokken aanpak.

Je neemt de leiding over een team van 9 support specialisten, met de ambitie om binnen dit jaar naar 12 te groeien. Je bent in staat om duidelijk te maken welke richting we op gaan en neemt pragmatisch de juiste stappen om je visie te realiseren. Iemand die het team inspireert, uitdaagt en ondersteunt om samen het beste resultaat te bereiken.

**Over Picqer**:
Picqer is magazijnsoftware voor webwinkels. We maken geweldige software waarmee webwinkels en fulfilment bedrijven hun magazijn professioneel kunnen draaien. We hebben intensief contact met gebruikers en proberen hun werk zo leuk en makkelijk mogelijk te maken.

We bestaan 11 jaar, groeien hard en verwerken meer dan 8% van alle Nederlandse webshop-bestellingen. Dat doen we met een team van 30 mensen waarbij iedereen veel verantwoordelijkheid en vrijheid heeft. We hebben een prachtig kantoor in Arnhem, maar we werken ook veel vanuit huis.

**Onze werkwijze**
We onboarden nieuwe klanten, beantwoorden hun vragen en werken proactief aan oplossingen die hen helpen het maximale uit Picqer en het magazijn te halen. Allemaal in 1 team. Elk teamlid is specialist in onze software, het magazijnproces en effectieve klantcommunicatie.

Onze kernwaarden zijn calm company, keep improving, keep it simple en be human. Naast de operatie voeren we continu projecten uit om ons werk te verbeteren. Onze persoonlijke en betrokken aanpak zorgt dat we dicht bij onze klanten staan en hen op een menselijke manier ondersteunen.
Het team draait bereikbaarheidsdiensten om gebruikers buiten kantoortijden in geval van spoed te ondersteunen.

**De rol**
We zijn op zoek naar een leider en hands-on coach om ons zelfsturende support team te ondersteunen, richting te geven en onze mensen te helpen het beste uit zichzelf te halen.
- Je bent gepassioneerd over klantcontact en geniet van de inhoudelijke kant van dit werk. Jouw kennis en ervaring stellen je in staat om het team effectief te leiden.
- Als leider bied je duidelijke richting en heb je een concreet doel voor ogen voor het team en Picqer. Je kunt deze visie helder verwoorden en weet hoe je de eerste stappen moet zetten om deze visie met een pragmatische aanpak te realiseren.
- Als coach ben je toegewijd aan de groei van je teamleden in een mensgerichte omgeving. Je benut hun intrinsieke motivatie om met passie aan de juiste zaken te werken.

**Wie ben jij?**:

- Een ervaren Head of Support met mínimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende rol en minstens 8 jaar ervaring in het vakgebied.
- Iemand met een 'getting things done'-mentaliteit, passend bij een startup-cultuur.
- Uitstekende schrijfvaardigheden in zowel Nederlands als Engels.
- Ervaring in een SaaS bedrijf of online B2B product is een pré
- Voor 36 uur (full time) per week

- Op kantoor dagelijks lunch, oneindig koffie, thee en fris

**Distributed en ons kantoor**:
Het coronavirus heeft ons beleid blijvend veranderd: we zijn nu een distributed team. Je mag op ons kantoor werken, maar dat hoeft niet. Ook als het coronavirus verdwenen is. Voor deze functie hoef je niet in de buurt van Arnhem te wonen.
