Wat ga je doen en leren

We zijn op zoek naar een ambitieuze en betrouwbare HR stagiair met interesse in verschillende uitdagende HR projecten. Bij Oaklins staat persoonlijke ontwikkeling voorop, we zullen je dan ook veel verantwoordelijkheden en vertrouwen geven. Als HR stagiair bij Oaklins zul je inzicht krijgen in alle HR aspecten, afhankelijk van je eigen interesses en wat er op dat moment speelt in de organisatie. Je zult onder andere (mee)werken aan de volgende HR facetten: recruitment, onboarding, HR administratie, learning & development en diversity & inclusion.

Is HR jouw passie en werk je graag samen met ambitieuze mensen in een dynamische bedrijfsomgeving, dan horen we graag van je.

Wie ben jij

We zijn op zoek naar gemotiveerde studenten met goede interpersoonlijke kwaliteiten. Verder beschik jij over de volgende kwaliteiten en vereisten:

  • Je studeert aan een HR (gerelateerde) hbo of wo studie en je bent minimaal 32 uur per week beschikbaar
  • Je spreekt en schrijft met gemak in het Nederlands
  • Je beschikt over goede Engelse taalvaardigheden
  • Je bent minimaal 3 maanden beschikbaar
  • Je bent een teamplayer, maar je kunt ook goed zelfstandig werken
  • Je bent integer en je kunt zaken met de grootste vertrouwelijkheid behandelen
  • Je hebt kennis van MS Office en een goed oog voor details

  • Je neemt initiatief en je gaat op zoek naar mogelijkheden die Oaklins als organisatie nog aantrekkelijker maken als werkgever
