Full-time - Amsterdam


The atmosphere in our office is informal, international, multidisciplinary, highly ambitious and very dynamic, but also friendly with a focus on personal and professional development.

The average age of our employees is 34 years and our employee base is made up of about 30 different nationalities.

Almost all employees have an academic background.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, negotiate, and manage various contract types, including service agreements, consultancy agreements, subcontractor agreements, and nondisclosure agreements.
  • Assess documents for adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintain daily records, both electronically and in hard copy, and organize files efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain reference materials for easy access by the legal department.
  • Input new contact details into the CRM system, update databases and tracking systems, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Handle general administrative tasks, including filing and recordkeeping.
  • Assist in conducting Know Your Customer (KYC) and due diligence processes.
    The Requirements
  • Degree in law or related field.
  • 25 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is essential, Legisway is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational capabilities are expected.
  • Proactive and handson approach to work, with the ability to manage tasks effectively.
  • Agility and quick adaptability, coupled with a strong desire for continuous learning and development, are essential traits.
  • English is our main communication language, Dutch and/or German is a plus.
