Functie omschrijving:

Als Case Manager kom je in een jong team en nog volop in ontwikkeling. Je bent, samen met het team, verantwoordelijk voor de schadelastbeheersing op de inkomensproducten. Dit kan zijn door samen te werken met de dienstverleners (vooral voor WGA-ERD) of door direct contact te zoeken met werkgever en/of werknemer. Welke optie het beste is, bepaal je zelf met inachtneming van de afspraken met dienstverleners. Er is er veel ruimte voor het optimaliseren van werkprocessen en verder professionaliseren van de dienstverlening.

Jouw taken zijn:

Frequent contact onderhouden met dienstverleners en intermediairs om te bepalen of zij het maximale doen om de schadelast te beheersen; Contact onderhouden met dienstverleners over het inzetten van interventies, bezwaar/beroep of herbeoordeling; Beoordelen van interventieverzoeken of doen van interventievoorstellen; Contact met werkgever en/of werknemer om de mogelijkheden tot schadelastbeperking te bespreken (bv hulp bij re-integratie, bezwaar, herbeoordeling); Op verzoek van sales mee naar klanten om mogelijkheden casemanagement toe te lichten aan de klant; Doen van analyses op de portefeuille (vergelijkingen tussen intermediairs, afwijkingen van schadelast t.o.v. voorspelde schades); Doen van verbetervoorstellen voor voorwaarden en interne processen; Werkbeschrijving maken; Audits uitvoeren.

Functie eisen:
Wij zijn op zoek naar een teamspeler met ervaring in schadelastbeheersing op WIA-producten.

Je hebt HBO werk- en denkniveau; Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar relevante werkervaring; Je hebt een diploma WFT Inkomen; Je hebt kennis van relevante wet- en regelgeving; Je hebt uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift, Engels is een pre; Je bent gedreven, klantgericht, oplossingsgericht en zelfstandig.
