Wat ga je doen?

Als Payroll professional ligt jouw focus op het correct verwerken van salarissen en beloningen in nauwe samenwerking met je naaste collega 's (1 teamlead en 1 medewerker salarissen)en onze shared servicecenter collega's, HR Business Partners en Finance collega's.
Je zorgt ervoor dat alle gegevens correct verwerkt worden in onze salarissysteem SAP. Daarnaast zorg je ervoor dat onze salarissysteem optimaal functioneert door periodiek tests uit te voeren en rapportages te genereren voor controle. Ook is er ruimte om actief mee te denken in het verbeteren van onze werkprocessen. Zo zorgen we er samen voor dat we ons elke dag (maand) verbeteren.

Wat is de kers op de taart?
Als Senior Salarisadministrateur bij Makro draag je actief bij aan het optimaliseren van processen en het handhaven van een vlekkeloze salarisadministratie. Samen met je team zorg je ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt en onze doelen worden overtroffen. Je taken omvatten onder andere het verwerken van salarisgegevens, het beheren van het salarissysteem, het voorbereiden van belastingaangiften, het beantwoorden van medewerkersvragen en het ondersteunen van collega's van het shared servicecenter bij complexe mutaties. Je brengt ook jouw expertise over aan het team en draagt bij aan het verbeteren van werkprocessen.

Gedrevenheid bezitten om salarisverwerking te optimaliseren bij Makro Een scherp analytisch vermogen hebben om knelpunten te identificeren en proactief aan te pakken Effectief samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen dankzij communicatieve vaardigheden goed omgaan met uitdagingen en druk PDL en VPS gecertificeerd zijn Werkervaring van 5+ jaar hebben in een (corporate) omgeving Nederlands beheersen in woord en schrift.
