Jouw functieOm ons team te versterken zijn we op zoek naar een Quality Officer voor de afdeling Quality & Environment (Q&E). Jouw focus ligt op milieuwetgeving en naleving. Jouw team op de Q&E-afdeling bestaat uit 13 collega's: de Q&E Manager, 2 Q&E-engineers, de coördinator Water & Milieu, de laboratoriummanager en 7 analisten. Samen met jouw collega's zorg je voor de naleving van ons milieubeleid en werk je aan onze bedrijfsmilieudoelstellingen om onze CO2-voetafdruk blijvend te beperken. Je initieert, verbetert en optimaliseert onze milieuprestaties en energie-efficiëntie. Je werkt nauw samen met onze productieteams en geeft advies over milieuwetgeving zoals de Wet Natuurbescherming, grondwatervergunningen, enzovoort. Daarnaast ben jij bezig met:
- Het ontwikkelen, onderhouden en implementeren van het ISO 14001 milieumanagementsysteem;
- je treft voorbereidingen voor toekomstige energiemanagementcertificering. Daarnaast ondersteun en coördineer je bij de realisatie van de compliance met relevante wetgeving, vergunningen, brancheafspraken en certificeringseisen;
- je bent verantwoordelijk voor het uitwerken van brancheafspraken en het implementeren van nieuwe certificeringseisen.
Als Quality Officer rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de Quality & Environment Manager. De functie is voor 24 uur per week.
- Je beschikt over minimaal een mbo niveau 4 werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in de richting van Milleukunde, Toegepaste Biologie, Laboratoriumtechniek, Middelbare Veiligheidskunde, Levensmiddelentechnologie of dergelijke;
- je hebt aantoonbare ervaring op het gebied van milieu compliance of milieu management in een industriële werkomgeving;
- je beheerst zowel Nederlands als Engels in woord en geschrift;
- je herkent jezelf als resultaatgericht, zelfstandig, systematisch, gestructureerd en communicatief vaardig.
