- MBO 3**Wat ga je doen?**:
Je gaat werken op de meldkamer. Daar komen 24/7 meldingen binnen voor alle hulpdiensten. Meldingen die meer aandacht nodig hebben pak jij op. Je ondersteunt de senior en de officier van dienst intelligence bij deze meldingen. Je gebruikt diverse systemen, data en eigen kennis om tot verschillende stukken informatie te komen deze te duiden en hier intelligence van te maken. Daarbij maak je onderscheid tussen hoofd
- en bijzaken zodat alleen het essentiële wordt gedeeld.

Je werkt in meerdere politiesystemen en -bronnen tegelijk, dit zijn applicaties die zowel audio, visueel en tekstueel verwerkt worden. Daarnaast maak je gebruik van Open Source Intelligence, denk hierbij aan bijvoorbeeld "X", Instagram en Snapchat. Maar ook het onderdeel Sensing krijgt steeds een grotere rol denk hierbij aan ANPR-camera's, maar ook aan (camera)beelden van bijvoorbeeld een politiehelikopter of drone. Een voorbeeld van een melding is een schietpartij waarbij je gaat zoeken in de systemen om te kijken of je informatie kunt vinden over de betrokkene(n), wat een mogelijk scenario zou kunnen zijn en/of er informatie over een netwerk bekend is. Foto's en/of filmpjes van sociale media kunnen wellicht informatie geven over de actuele situatie. Maar ook aan de hand van summiere informatie, denk aan een deel van een kenteken en/of signalement van de verdachte(n), veredel je de melding en draag je hierdoor actief bij aan de veiligheid. Dit vergt een nieuwsgierige blik en een creatieve geest om zonder handleiding de puzzel toch op te lossen. Bij het grote deel van deze incidenten speelt tijdsdruk een grote rol.

Naast het werken op de meldkamer en het behandelen van incidenten, ondersteun je ook bij grootschalige politieoptredens en evenementen in verschillende rollen. Je werkt in wisselende diensten (vroeg, laat
- en nacht).

**Waar ga je werken?**:
Je komt te werken op de meldkamer van Haarlem voor de Eenheid Noord-Holland. De combinatie van inkomende 112 meldingen, veel collega's op de werkvloer en onvoorziene piekmomenten in het werkaanbod maken jouw werk en -omgeving dynamisch.

Het Real Time Intelligence Center is onderdeel van de Dienst Regionale Intelligence Organisatie (DRIO). Het RTIC is een team waar veel collegialiteit heerst. Het betreft een divers team met verschillende (werk technische-) achtergronden en persoonlijkheden. Met elkaar praten de collega's over de impact van meldingen en ook humor speelt een grote rol binnen dit team. Ontwikkelen en innoveren vinden we belangrijk

**Wie ben jij?**:
Je bent nieuwsgierig en hebt maatschappelijke oriëntatie hoog in het vaandel staan. Hoofd
- en bijzaken kun je prima onderscheiden en je legt patronen en verbanden vast. Je werkt toe naar duiding, voorspelling en advisering in real time situaties. Je stelt prioriteiten en kunt snel schakelen. Je voelt je thuis in het werken met computersystemen en daardoor kun je ook snel zoeken en filteren.

Elke melding vraagt een eigen aanpak en je vraagt door wanneer jij dat nodig vindt. Je geeft een goede context aan de woorden die je gevonden hebt. Er zit namelijk een verschil tussen 'iemand is gewelddadig' en 'iemand is mogelijk gewelddadig'. Het geeft je energie om in een dynamische omgeving met veel geluiden en bewegingen een waardevolle bijdrage te leveren aan het oplossen en afhandelen van de melding.

Daarnaast beschik je over mbo 3 werk
- en denkniveau*.

**Wat wij bieden**:
De standplaats is Haarlem. Er is ruimte voor 1 fte. Het betreft een functie voor mínimaal 32 uur per week.

Afhankelijk van je achtergrond volg je aan de Politieacademie een 14-weekse opleiding voor specifieke inzetbaarheid (36 uur per week), met eventueel aansluitend een voor de functie benodigd aanvullend opleidingsprogramma. Tijdens deze opleiding(en) ontvang je al het met jou overeengekomen salaris. Het positief afronden van het verplichte assessment is voorwaarde om aan de opleiding te kunnen beginnen. Het behalen van de opleiding is een vereiste om deze functie uit te kunnen oefenen. Hier vind je alle informatie met betrekking tot de selectieprocedure, het assessment en de opleiding.

Tijdens de interne specifieke politieopleiding word je tijdelijk aangesteld als ambtenaar in opleiding. Na het voltooien van de opleiding bieden we je een tijdelijke aanstelling aan, waarbij een proeftijd van één jaar van toepassing is. Na deze pr
