Automation engineer - PLC/SCADA (Junior/Medior/Senior)

Als PLC/SCADA Engineer ben je ambassadeur van Simac Quadcore en vertegenwoordig je de kwaliteit, expertise en waarden van Simac. Je bent en onderdeel van een team met hoogopgeleide en professionele engineers die projecten bij de top van de Nederlandse industrie tot een goed einde weten te brengen.

Dit zijn klanten in uiteenlopende branches, je gaat dus bij veel verschillende bedrijven een kijkje in de keuken nemen en daar steeds voor nieuwe uitdagingen komen te staan en ontzettend veel leren.

Je duikt in de materie zodat je goed in beeld hebt wat de klantwens is en je gaat dit vertalen naar functionele oplossingen. Daarbij ontwerp, programmeer en configureer je besturingsoplossingen. Je bouwt oplossingen op basis van de gebruikersspecificaties die worden aangeleverd of door jou worden opgesteld.

Het testen en in bedrijf stellen van de software van een machine of proces behoort natuurlijk ook tot je taken, want je wil zorgen dat alles naar behoren werkt. Je stelt de functionele en technische documentatie op, je woont ook de ontwerp- en voortgangsbesprekingen bij en je onderhoudt contact met de opdrachtgever en je zorgt dat deze tevreden is met het afgeleverde werk.

Uiteraard sta je hier niet alleen voor en word je hierin ondersteund door je ervaren collega's

Voor deze rol zijn we op zoek naar engineers die ervaring meebrengen, of aan het begin van hun loopbaan staan. Je houdt van afwisseling en uitdaging in hun werk en je bent leergierig om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Je bent in deze rol ambassadeur van Simac bij onze klanten, dus verwachten we dat je representatief bent. Om gemakkelijk bij onze klanten te komen is het handig als je in de regio Eindhoven, Utrecht of Arnhem woont.

Verder heb jij:

  • HBO werk- en denkniveau, met een afgeronde opleiding richting Elektrotechniek, Besturingstechniek, Mechatronica of Werktuigbouw.
  • Bij voorkeur heb je enige ervaring als PLC/SCADA Engineer
  • Ervaring met machinebesturing, motion en servotechniek.
  • Daarnaast beschik je over kennis van machine -en procesbesturing (PLC) en HMI (SCADA) systemen van o.a. Siemens, Allen Bradley, Schneider en Mitsubishi.
  • Ervaring met projectplanning, inbedrijfstelling en oplevering.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en spreek en schrijf je goed Nederlands en Engels
  • Ervaring met office tools en database engineering tools.
  • Kennis van robotica, maar dat is een pré.

Bij Simac QuadCore kun jij jezelf ontwikkelen als dé expert binnen een bepaald domein en technologie, bijvoorbeeld Schneider Hybrid DCS-specialist, OOP (object georiënteerd programmeren) kennisdrager, PCS7 certified engineer of bijvoorbeeld IT en OT-kennisdrager. Wij certificeren en leiden je op tot professional om klanten te ontzorgen met hun vraagstukken.
