Spotzer is a rapidly growing digital marketing business headquartered out of Amsterdam, with global offices in Melbourne and Manila. Our mission is to help small and medium businesses grow through our robust digital marketing solutions which include websites, e-commerce, online advertising, and more. With over 700k digital solutions delivered and over 1M leads generated through our digital advertising campaigns, we are the global leader in providing digital marketing services to SMBs and enterprises.
With the growth in the French market, we are looking for a Client Manager to be a part of our fun and energetic team in Amsterdam on a full-time basis. As a direct point of contact, you will understand the client's needs and help them grow their business through Spotzer's digital marketing solutions. You'll get to work with our talented team of digital marketing experts and develop your skills while helping SMBs grow.
What you will do
Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner through various communication channels, such as phone and email, and guide them through their digital transformationUnderstand the client's business needs and translate this into requirements for their website and digital marketingEfficiently oversee and address client inquiries and requests received through incoming and outgoing callsAssist customers in understanding our products and services, providing guidance and recommendations as neededUpsell digital marketing services and earn commissionManage customer and order information in our CRMCollaborate with the team, share ideas and best practices to develop and improve our serviceEnsure the timely and successful delivery of our digital productsWhat you need to succeed
Fluency in French is essential - our clients are business owners in FranceFluency in English (spoken and written) to communicate with internal stakeholdersExperience in customer service, support, or relevant role is desirable but not a mustExperience in sales is a plus but not essentialKeen interest in digital marketing with an eagerness to learn and growAbility to work flexibly, stepping in to help other team members and clients, and work well with others and take on responsibility in an open team environmentAbility to manage multiple tasks while maintain sharp attention to detailStrong work ethic and team spiritLiving in the NetherlandsWhat we offer you
