Wat is de uitdaging?

Winkelcentrum Amsterdamse Poort wordt grootschalig herontwikkeld en getransformeerd naar een nieuw stadshart. Deze transitie biedt een prachtige uitdaging aan een ervaren professional met verstand van vastgoed en herontwikkeling en een hart voor retail.

Als lid van het Property Management team creëer je binnen de dynamiek van de herontwikkeling een veilige en uitnodigende omgeving voor huurders, consumenten en bewoners. Als Shopping Centre Manager leg je namens de eigenaar van de Amsterdamse Poort een duurzame verbinding tussen het winkelcentrum en alle relevante partijen in het gebied. Je schakelt makkelijk tussen overheid, retailers, operationele partners en opdrachtgever. Je stuurt op concrete en meetbare resultaten in huurdersrelaties, marketing & placemaking, technisch en facilitair beheer en het vastleggen en rapporteren over deze activiteiten. Je neemt samen met het team initiatieven om de realisatie van de ambities voor Amsterdamse Poort dichterbij te brengen.

Je houdt je bezig met de branchering en de positionering van Amsterdamse Poort in de markt en bent aanspreekpunt en sparringpartner voor de opdrachtgever als het gaat over de ontwikkelingsplannen en de gevolgen ervan voor de stakeholders.

Welke kwaliteiten heb je?
  • Je hebt een studie afgerond op HBO of WO niveau, bij voorkeur in een vastgoedgerelateerde richting;
  • Je hebt een jaar of 10 aan relevante werkervaring;
  • Je bent op je plek in de diversiteit van Amsterdam Zuidoost en bent cultureel sensitief;
  • Je bent energieke teamspeler die authentiek is en stevig in je schoenen staat;
  • Je bent bekend met de dynamiek van een herontwikkeling;
  • Je hebt een can-do mentaliteit en je schakelt makkelijk tussen diverse werkzaamheden;
  • Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden (woord en schrift) in zowel Nederlands als Engels.

Wat wordt je team?

Property Management is de grootse afdeling binnen CBRE Nederland en bestaat uit circa 160 personen. Voor onze nationale en internationale cliënten beheren wij een groot aantal kantoren, hotels, logistieke complexen en winkelcentra met als belangrijkste doel de waarde van dit vastgoed te optimaliseren. We doen dit door financieel, administratief, commercieel, technisch, facilitair beheer en community management. De verantwoordelijkheid over de portefeuille is onderverdeeld in accountteams. Deze teams behartigen op een proactieve manier de belangen van de opdrachtgever en haar huurders. De accountteams worden ondersteund door een stafafdeling.

We werken hard, maar hebben ook zeker oog voor elkaar. Er worden geregeld activiteiten georganiseerd zoals borrels, sportevents en teamuitjes. Het team is een gemêleerde groep professionals met diverse achtergronden, leeftijden en interesses, met het gemeenschappelijk doel: een optimaal rendement voor de portefeuilles van onze klanten.
