Omdat er steeds meer nieuwe klanten live gaan met onze connectivity dienstverlening, is er ruimte ontstaan voor een Network Engineer die incident gedreven support verleent op de kritische infra van deze klanten.
De netwerkbeheerder van jouw klant belt jou wanneer zij netwerk problemen hebben. Samen voer je een analyse uit op de issues. Afhankelijk van jouw kennis en ervaring, voer je in de 1e-lijn de basale oplossingen zelf uit die binnen een uur opgelost kunnen worden. Zit je al op het niveau dat je kunt uitzoomen op een hele klantomgeving? Dan kun je troubleshooten vanuit de 2e-lijn en help je om je 1e-lijns collega's beter te maken.
Als je de ambitie hebt om je door te ontwikkelen naar field engineer networking of network administrator, dan liggen die mogelijkheden hier voor je.

Je bent thuis in Cisco binnen complexe netwerken;
Kennis van Fortigate en Nokia zijn een plus.
